First Gathering of the Year! Monday, September 13/6:00 p.m./6501 Almeda Road
It is hard
to believe it’s been over a year since we’ve gotten together in person,
but the time to start anew is here. Mark your calendars. Our
first gathering of the year will be on September
13 at a slightly earlier time of 6:00
p.m. for social time, followed by our gathering from
6:30 p.m. until 7:30ish at the Gathering Hall on Almeda.
It will be
so exciting to see everyone in person again, and we’re going to use our
time to reflect on where the Dominican Family started from, where we
are now and where we’re going as a Family. We’ve got a unique way
planned out to let everyone contribute to setting this new course, so
come on out on the 13th and share your thoughts.
For safety
reasons, we will only have drinks and ice cream bars at the meeting.
We are strongly encouraging masks at the meeting in light of the
current situation around Texas.
We will
also have a zoom link available for those who cannot make it in person
this time. We are working to improve the audio since we will have
a larger group in the gathering hall. Watch for the
Zoom link next week so you can still be part of the meeting!
